Art studio: Surrealist art: Fairy's, mermaids & more
This is actually a work of accidental surrealism, based in fantasy art symbolism (hence the appearance of fairy's, mermaids & more). During an extremely harsh time in my life, the mounting pressures just EXPLODED onto the paper in FULL COLOR! Jung and Freud would have a lot to say on the subject: the subconsious is notorious for hiding questions and answers in dream symbolism. But if your hand is directly connected to your subconscious, you get this sort of surrealist art (below). All of my answers, in deeply disguised symbols, were right in front of me (and had always been there). Later, after stepping out of the situation(s) involved, came the realization of what had happened: I finally found my art style. I finally knew what I wanted to do and it felt...right. This is a close-up view of an original piece of surrealist artwork (a work of accidental surrealism). Later works (1995+) that come out of the art studio are VERY surreal, yet a fondness for fantasy art symbols remain (fairy's, mermaids & more). A very important piece, especially since it is a work in FULL COLOR (how unusual for the time <lol>). You could call that very unusual choice of color an emphatic note direct from the subcoscious <g>. This is a VERY important work in the artistic development into an original surreal symbolism style of expression.
