RESULTS:
By the time the company's annual
tariff was laid out and sent off to the printer, at
least 10-30 hotels had changed their names and amenities
plus late contracts began pouring through the door.
SO, a mini-catalog was laid out and sent off to international
clients as a supplement to the annual tariff. Mini-catalog
design was kept to black and white for in-house printing
and to keep costs down. The mini catalog design purposely
resembled a bookmark so clients would keep the two tariffs
together (and find the second one useful in a number
of ways <g>). The mini catalog design became a
standard company product (tying up a number of loose
ends and allowing the company a little breathing room
on TIGHT deadlines). After production of the annual
tariff AND supplement were finalized, clients were kept
informed and up-to-date via monthly email newsletters
:)

an annual confidential tariff (1999-2001) supplement.
